| 8 | | "Department" means the Illinois Department of Children and |

Services for all facilities excluding day care centers, |
| 10 | | part day child care facilities, day care homes, group day care |
| 11 | | homes, and day care agencies. For day care centers, part day |
| 12 | | child care facilities, day care homes, group day care homes, |
| 13 | | and day care agencies, "Department" means the Illinois |
| 14 | | Department of Human Services.
