| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1914 on page 3, by |
| 3 | | inserting after line 21 the following: |
| 4 | | "Nothing in this subsection (b-5) shall be construed to |
| 5 | | authorize the owner or lessee of any real property to place any |
| 6 | | purple marks on any tree or post or to install any post or |
| 7 | | fence if doing so would violate any applicable law, rule, |
| 8 | | ordinance, order, covenant, bylaw, declaration, regulation, |
| 9 | | restriction, contract, or instrument.".
