| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Act |
| 5 | | is amended by changing Section 12 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 12. Repeal. Sections 1 through 9 and Section 11 are |
| 8 | | repealed January 1, 2016 2012.
