| Amends the Department of Revenue Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Revenue to assist the Department of Transportation in developing and maintaining a list and map of all refueling stations that provide E85 blended fuel or biodiesel fuel. Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that, beginning July 1, 2011 and through June 30, 2016, the Department of Transportation must include the locations of all refueling stations that provide E85 blended fuel or biodiesel fuel on maps published by the Department. Effective immediately.

| 8 | | Sec. 2505-735. Assistance to other State agencies |
| 9 | | concerning alternative fuel. The Department must assist the |
| 10 | | Department of Transportation, the Secretary of State, and any |
| 11 | | other applicable State agency in developing and maintaining a |
| 12 | | list and map of all refueling stations that provide E85 blended |
| 13 | | fuel or biodiesel fuel so that the location of those stations |
| 14 | | may be included on maps published by the Department of |
| 15 | | Transportation, as required under Section 4-101.13 of the |
| 16 | | Illinois Highway Code.
