| 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |
| 4 | | 3, on page 100, by inserting immediately below line 14 the |
| 5 | | following: |
| 6 | | "(a-2.5) For CPT codes 97000 to 99990 related to each |
| 7 | | individual procedure, treatment, service, or supplies covered |
| 8 | | under this Act and rendered or to be rendered on or after |
| 9 | | September 1, 2011, the maximum allowable payment shall be 90% |
| 10 | | of the 2011 Illinois workers' compensation fee schedule amounts |
| 11 | | and any reimbursements for charges and fees pursuant to |
| 12 | | paragraph (2) of subsection (a-1) in effect on September 1, |
| 13 | | 2011 and thereafter shall be adjusted yearly by the Consumer |
| 14 | | Price Index-U, as described in subsection (a) of this |
| 15 | | Section.".
