AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2378

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2378 by deleting everything after the enacting clause and replacing it with the following:

    “Section 5.  In addition to any amount previously appropriated for this purpose, the sum of $58,032,560, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Employees Retirement System of Illinois for the State’s contribution as provided by law.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.".
