AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 5.  In addition to amounts previously appropriated, the sum of $24,931,100, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for early childhood education for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012.

 

    Section 10.  In addition to amounts previously appropriated, the sum of $134,698,300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for General State Aid for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012.

 

ARTICLE 2

 

    Section 5.  In addition to amounts previously appropriated, the sum of $15,370,600, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for payment of Monetary Award Program grant awards to students eligible to receive such awards, as provided by law.

 

ARTICLE 3

 

    Section 5.  In addition to amounts previously appropriated, the sum of $24,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Real Estate License Administration Fund to the Department on Aging for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Senior Citizens Circuit Breaker and Pharmaceutical Assistance Program.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.
