AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $17,651,268.69, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for Funding for Children Requiring Special Education-Hold Harmless, 14-7.02b of the School Code for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
