Appropriates $45,000,000 to the Department of Human Services from the General Revenue Fund for a 3% cost-of-living adjustment for providers serving individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness. Effective July 1, 2011.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for these purposes, the amount of $45,000,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Human Services from the General Revenue Fund for a 3% cost-of-living adjustment for providers serving individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
