AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2107

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2107 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board for the objects and purposes hereinafter named:

  For Travel........................................ 10,400

  For Commodities.................................... 3,000

  For Printing....................................... 2,000

  For Electronic Data Processing..................... 1,800

  For Telecommunications Services................... 15,000

  For Operation of Automotive Equipment.............. 1,000

    Total                                          $968,300

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.”.
