AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4149
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4149, on page 1, below line 12, by inserting the following:
“Section 20. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $7,172,100, or so much thereof as maybe necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for expenses related to Personal Services for frontline staff.
Section 25. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $1,302,200, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for expenses related to the cost of Retirement Contributions for frontline staff.
Section 30. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $548,100, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for expenses related to the cost of Social Security Contributions for frontline staff.
Section 35. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $1,793,300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for expenses related to Personal Services in the Division of Human Capital Development for frontline staff.
Section 40. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $297,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for expenses related to the cost of Retirement Contributions in the Division of Human Capital Development for frontline staff.
Section 45. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $137,200, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for expenses related to Social Security Contributions in the Division of Human Capital Development for frontline staff.
Section 50. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $4,360,600, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for expenses related to Personal Services in state operated facilities for frontline staff.
Section 55. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $724,200, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for expenses related to the cost of Retirement Contributions in state operated facilities for frontline staff.
Section 60. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $333,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for expenses related to Social Security Contribution in state operated facilities for frontline staff.
Section 65. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $1,769,900, or so much thereof as maybe necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Juvenile Justice for expenses related to Personal Services for frontline staff.
Section 70. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $323,300, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Juvenile Justice for expenses related to the cost of Retirement Contributions for frontline staff.
Section 75. In addition to all other amounts appropriated for this purpose, the amount of $135,400, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Juvenile Justice for expenses related to the cost of Social Security Contributions for frontline staff.
Section 99. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
