| AN ACT concerning local government.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act |

| is amended by changing Section 4.8 as follows:
|

| examination, in a daily newspaper of general circulation |

the county in which said sanitary district is |
| 13 |
| situated and such notice
shall be posted by him in a |
| 14 |
| conspicuous place in his office for 2 weeks
before such |
| 15 |
| examinations. |
