| 1, on page 1, by replacing line 8 with the following: |

| "Sec. 2310-342. Umbilical cord blood donations. |

| (a) Subject to"; and

| on page 2, after line 5, by inserting the following: |

| "(b) In developing the publications required under |
| 9 |
| subsection (a), the Department of Public Health shall consult |
| 10 |
| with the Illinois State Medical Society and consumer groups. |
| 11 |
| The Department shall update the publications every 2 years.".
