 1        AN ACT in relation to real property.

 2        Be it  enacted  by  the  People  of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Code of Civil  Procedure  is  amended  by
 5    adding  Sections  7-103.102, 7-103.103, 7-103.104, 7-103.105,
 6    7-103.106, 7-103.107, 7-103.108, 7-103.109 and  7-103.110  as
 7    follows:

 8        (735 ILCS 5/7-103.102 new)
 9        Sec.  7-103.102.  Quick-take;  Lake  County.   Quick-take
10    proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a period of 2
11    years after the effective date of this amendatory Act of  the
12    93rd  General  Assembly by Lake County for the acquisition of
13    property  necessary  for  the  purpose  of  improving  County
14    Highway 31 (Rollins Road) from  Illinois  Route  83  to  U.S.
15    Route 45.
