    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Partnership for Long-Term Care Act is

amended by changing
Section 10 as follows:

    Sec. 10. Definition.   In this Act,
Definitions.
"program"

means the long-term care insurance partnership program

under this Act.
