1     AN ACT in relation to taxation.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended by
5 changing Section 2i as follows:
 
6     (35 ILCS 120/2i)  (from Ch. 120, par. 441i)
7     Sec. 2i. Exception to bonding requirement. Notwithstanding
8 any other provision to the contrary, any person who is required
9 to file a bond pursuant to any provision of this Act and who
10 has continuously complied with all provisions of this Act for
11 24 or more consecutive months, shall no longer be required to
12 comply with the bonding provisions of this Act so long as such
13 person continues his compliance with the provisions of this
14 Act.
