 1        AN ACT in relation to alcoholic liquor.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended  by
 5    changing Section 6-3 as follows:

 6        (235 ILCS 5/6-3) (from Ch. 43, par. 120a)
 7        Sec. 6-3.  Violation of tax Acts; refusal, revocation, or
 8    suspension of license.
 9        (a)  In  addition to other grounds specified in this Act,
10    the  State   Commission   or   the   local   liquor   control
11    commissioner,  on  complaint  of the Department, shall refuse
12    the issuance or renewal of a license, or  suspend  or  revoke
13    the  license,  of  any  person,  for  any  of  the  following
14    violations of any tax Act administered by the Department:
15             1.  Failure to make a tax return.
16             2.  The filing of a fraudulent return.
17             3.  Failure to pay all or part of any tax or penalty
18        finally determined to be due.
19             4.  Failure to keep books and records.
20             5.   Failure  to secure and display a certificate or
21        sub-certificates of registration, if required.
22             6.  Wilful violation of any rule  or  regulation  of
23        the   Department   relating  to  the  administration  and
24        enforcement of tax liability.
25        (b)  Upon receiving notice from  the  Department  that  a
26    violation  of any of items 1 through 6 of subsection (a) have
27    been corrected or  otherwise  resolved  to  the  Department's
28    satisfaction,   the   Commission   may  vacate  an  Order  of
29    Revocation at any time.
