Appropriates $1 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Comptroller for a study to determine methods to improve oversight of cemeteries throughout the State. Effective July 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Comptroller for a study to determine methods to improve oversight of cemeteries throughout the State.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2004.
