SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $45,000 to the Department of Natural Resources for development and implementation of a plan to improve Frank Holten State Park as provided in the State Parks Act.  Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of Natural Resources.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The sum of $45,000, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Natural Resources for the development and implementation of a plan to improve Frank Holten State Park in St. Clair County as provided in the State Parks Act.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
