| 3 | | line 26, after the period, by inserting "However, a public |
| 4 | | institution of higher education may allow promotion of limited |
| 5 | | services if the public institution of higher education |
| 6 | | receives no compensation from the recordkeeper for promoting |
| 7 | | or providing such services. Such limited services may include |
| 8 | | educational, counseling, debt reduction, student loan |
| 9 | | repayment or forgiveness, or other services intended to |
| 10 | | enhance retirement savings opportunities. Such limited |
| 11 | | services may not include credit cards, life insurance, or |
| 12 | | banking products.".
