| 4 | "(g) This Section does not apply to fire-resistant | ||||||
| 5 | material applicators at facilities licensed by the federal | ||||||
| 6 | Nuclear Regulatory Commission under 10 CFR 50 or 10 CFR 52 or | ||||||
| 7 | to employees of those facilities while engaged in the | ||||||
| 8 | performance of their official duties.".
