| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the United |
| 5 | | States Marine Corps Semper Fidelis Memorial Highway Act.

| 6 | | Section 5. United States Marine Corps Semper Fidelis |
| 7 | | Memorial Highway. That part of Interstate Route 80 of the |
| 8 | | National System of Interstate and Defense Highways which is in |
| 9 | | the State of Illinois is designated as the United States |
| 10 | | Marine Corps Semper Fidelis Memorial Highway. Appropriate |
| 11 | | plaques may be erected by the Department of Transportation in |
| 12 | | rest areas along this route in recognition of this |
| 13 | | designation. |
