| 5 | | disability" means a person (i) whose intelligence quotient |
| 6 | | does not exceed 40 or (ii) whose intelligence quotient does |
| 7 | | not exceed 55 and who suffers from significant mental illness |
| 8 | | to the extent that the person's ability to exercise rational |
| 9 | | judgment is impaired."; and

| 10 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following: |
| 11 | | "with a severe or profound intellectual disability.".
