     Authorizes the Executive Director of the Lake County Forest Preserve District to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed to certain real property located in Lake County to Fort Sheridan National Cemetery. Effective immediately.

1    AN ACT concerning property.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
4    Section 5. The Executive Director of the Lake County 
5Forest Preserve District, on behalf of the district, is 
6authorized to execute and deliver to Fort Sheridan National 
7Cemetery, of the County of Lake, State of Illinois, a 
8quitclaim deed to the following described real property:
 
9    Parcel 1:
10    That part of the northwest quarter of fractional section 
11    10, township 43 north, range 12 east of the third 
12    principal meridian, in Lake County, Illinois, described as 
13    follows: commencing at the northeast corner of said 
14    northwest quarter of fractional section 10; thence south 
15    89 degrees 29 minutes 03 seconds west along the north line 
16    thereof, 650.41 feet; thence south 33 degrees 37 minutes 
17    31 seconds east, 264.47 feet; thence south 00 degrees 00 
18    minutes 00 seconds west, 176.59 feet; thence south 36 
19    degrees 19 minutes 28 seconds west, 212.00 feet; thence 
20    south 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west, 121.84 feet

25    Section 10. The Executive Director of the Lake County

1Forest Preserve District shall obtain a certified copy of this 
2Act within 60 days after its effective date and shall record 
3the certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county 
4in which the land is located.
 
 
5    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
6becoming law.
