SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened
3to learn of the death of Wesley William Koehler of
4Princeville, who passed away on May 20, 2022; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Wesley Koehler was born to Dennis and Colleen
6Koehler on April 22, 1989; he graduated from Illinois State
7University in 2011; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Wesley Koehler worked as a lab technician at
9AgReliant in Brimfield; he was very proud of his lab and
10thoroughly enjoyed working with his colleagues; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Wesley Koehler served as the Peoria County
12Democratic Party 2020 Precinct Committee Person for
13Princeville; he had an avid interest in local politics and
14believed in working to improve his community; an Eagle Scout
15with Troop 52, he maintained a passion for Boy Scouting,
16camping, and environmental preservation; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Wesley Koehler was preceded in death by his
18paternal grandparents, William and Julia Koehler, and his
19maternal grandmother, Dorothy Kendall; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Wesley Koehler is survived by his parents; his

1sisters, Katie Koehler and Megan (Sam Vicari) Koehler; his
2exchange brother, Panit Anaurat; his grandfather, John Laverne
3Kendall; his uncles and aunts; his cousins; and his close
4friends; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
7Wesley William Koehler and extend our sincere condolences to
8his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
9further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of Wesley Koehler as an expression of
12our deepest sympathy.
