SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened
3to learn of the death of Trevor Norris Faullin, who passed away
4suddenly on August 25, 2021 at the age of 26; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Trevor Faullin greeted each day joyfully in
6anticipation of an adventure, meeting someone new, or
7experiencing a good laugh; although deserving a much better
8physical life, he never felt sorry for himself and brought
9great joy into the lives of those around him; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Trevor Faullin was a proud graduate of
11Mahomet-Seymour High School; he loved Cubs baseball, Illini
12sports, and especially WWE wrestling; he had the day of his
13life when he met WWE star John Cena through the Make-A-Wish
14Foundation; he loved to laugh and enjoyed sharing jokes and
15lighthearted pranks with his family and friends; he had an
16extraordinary spirit, and his smile lit up every room he
17entered; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Trevor Faullin was preceded in death by his
19grandmother, Jo, and his grandfather, Bob Faullin; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Trevor Faullin is survived by his parents,
21Cynthia and Mike (Gretchen Pein); his younger brothers,

1Trenton and Trey; his stepsiblings, Max and Lily; his uncles,
2Paul (Colleen), Peter (Alberto), Dan (Sharon), Corwin
3(Cheryl), and John; his aunt, Penny; his beloved Nanny and
4Papa Robins, who were especially dear to him; and his numerous
5cousins; therefore, be it
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
8Trevor Norris Faullin and extend our sincere condolences to
9his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
10further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of Trevor Faullin as an expression of
13our deepest sympathy.
