AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 573

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 573, AS AMENDED,
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4No. 1, as follows:
 
5on page 1, line 6, by deleting "3-202,"; and
 
6by deleting line 19 on page 17 through line 18 on page 20; and
 
7on page 52, by deleting lines 18 through 21; and
 
8on page 52, line 22, by replacing "(l)" with "(k)"; and
 
9on page 74, by deleting lines 16 through 19; and
 
10by deleting line 23 on page 87 through line 16 on page 88; and
 
11on page 88, by inserting immediately below line 19 the

2    "(m) If a licensee under this Section voluntarily
3surrenders a license to the Illinois Secretary of State Police
4or a representative of the Secretary of State Vehicle Services
5Department due to the licensee's inability to adhere to
6recordkeeping provisions, or the inability to properly issue
7certificates of title or registrations under this Code, or the
8Secretary revokes a license under this Section, then the
9licensee and the licensee's agent, designee, or legal
10representative, if applicable, may not be named on a new
11application for a licensee under this Section or under this
12Chapter, nor is the licensee or the licensee's agent,
13designee, or legal representative permitted to work for
14another licensee under this Chapter in a recordkeeping,
15management, or financial position or as an employee who
16handles certificate of title and registration documents and
17applications."; and
 
18by deleting line 20 on page 101 through line 13 on page 102;
19and
 
20on page 102, by inserting immediately below line 16 the
21following:
22    "(m) If a licensee under this Section voluntarily
