2     I move to accept the specific recommendations of the 
3Governor
 as to Senate Bill 539 in manner and form as follows:

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 539
5
IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS
6     Amend Senate Bill 539 by replacing page 43, line 16 
7through page 44, line 4 with the following:




8        "(1)        To receive and investigate allegations of 
9    violations of this Act. An investigation may not be 
10    initiated more than one year after the most recent act of 
11    the alleged violation or of a series of alleged violations 
12    except where there is reasonable cause to believe that 
13    fraudulent concealment has occurred. To constitute".
