| 4 | | Section 5. The Health Care Affordability Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 5-1 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the |
| 8 | | Health Care Affordability Act. References in this Article to |
| 9 | | "this Act" mean this Article.
