Makes appropriations for the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $30,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for deposit into the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund.
Section 999. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
