SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, the members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Frank Villari, who passed away on
4February 17, 2020 at the age of 88; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Frank Villari was born in Chicago on November 11,
61931; he attended St. Mel High School and later became a
7longtime resident of Oak Park; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Frank Villari earned his bachelor's degree from
9the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Frank Villari served in the U.S. Army during the
11Korean War; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Frank Villari was an engineer, researching and
13developing plastics; he was granted multiple patents
14throughout his career; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Frank Villari was preceded in death by his
16daughter, Julianne Villari, and his siblings, Joseph Villari,
17Genevieve Derose, and Julie Seitz; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Frank Villari is survived by his wife, Jean
19Villari; his son, Frank Villari; and his cherished

1grandchildren, Emma and Francesca Villari; therefore, be it
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
4Frank Villari and extend our sincere condolences to his family,
5friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further; and
6be it further
 
7    RESOLVED, That that a suitable copy of this resolution be
8presented to the family of Frank Villari as an expression of
9our deepest sympathy.
