SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Sandra Taylor of Jackson, Tennessee, who
4passed away on September 17, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Sandra Taylor was born in Chicago to Jimmy Taylor
6and Dorothy Taylor on November 21, 1951; she attended DuSable
7High School in Chicago; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Sandra Taylor worked tirelessly as a seamstress
9for Hart, Schaffner, and Marx for nearly 20 years; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Sandra Taylor relocated to Jackson, Tennessee;
11she became a member of Faith Deliverance Center and married
12William H. Reese; she loved caring for her grandchildren and
13watching them grow and have children of their own; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Sandra Taylor was preceded in death by her
15husband; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Sandra Taylor is survived by her family, Jeffrey
17Taylor and Jeffrey Taylor Jr., Janice Taylor, J'Shawn Taylor,
18Jamari Taylor, Jeremy Taylor, Christopher Taylor, Aaliyah
19Taylor, Jade Taylor, Samantha Taylor, and Ezekiel Crossley Jr.;
20Charmtell Denise Taylor and Delia Tymekaya Taylor Jones, Adrain

5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
7Sandra Taylor and extend our sincere condolences to her family,
8friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of Sandra Taylor as an expression of
11our deepest sympathy.
