SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Richard H. De Wispelaere of Moline, who
4passed away on August 17, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere was born in Moline to Herman
6and Augusta (VandeNoste) De Wispelaere on March 19, 1935; he
7graduated from Allemen High School in 1953; he married Betty L.
8Roberts in Rock Island on August 28, 1960; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere was employed by the former
10Eagles, the Times Democrat newspaper, Servus Rubber Company,
11and Teske Seed and Feed; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere enjoyed softball, bowling,
13golf, and motorcycles; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere was preceded in death by his
15wife of 59 years, Betty; his parents; and his siblings; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Richard De Wispelaere is survived by his
17daughters, Stacy (Tom) Robb and Natasha (Kevin) Krueger; and
18his grandchildren, Ryan Robb, Tyrus Krueger, Nolan Krueger, and
19Tenley Krueger; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
3Richard H. De Wispelaere and extend our sincere condolences to
4his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
5further
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
7presented to the family of Richard De Wispelaere as an
8expression of our deepest sympathy.
