SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Jack C. Tindal of Moline, who passed away
4on May 14, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Jack Tindal was born in Estherville, Iowa to
6Kedric and Winnie Lingenfelter Tindal on October 8, 1931; he
7married Marie (DeRammelaere) Depoorter in Moline on March 10,
81962; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Jack Tindal worked with his father for 12 years at
10Tindal Auto Sales before becoming owner for an additional 30
11years; he and his wife Marie owned and operated Tindal License
12and Title for many years; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Jack Tindal enjoyed attending the Sunday races and
14sponsored many race cars over the years; he was a member of the
15East End Bolder's Club and enjoyed watching NASCAR; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Jack Tindal was preceded in death by his wife,
17Marie; his parents; his son, Jack Tindal; his son-in-law, Ron
18Williams; and his sister, Betty DeClerck; and
 
19    WHEREAS, Jack Tindal is survived by his children, Josephine
20"Jo" Williams and Joe (Jackie) Depoorter; his grandchildren,

1Wendy (Chris) Vastine, Nicole (Jeremy) Bruns, Ryan (Kasie)
2Depoorter, Renee (Nick) Killham, Jahnon (Brad) Kreisler, and
3Aubry Tindal; and his great-grandchildren, Allison, Thomas,
4Kylie, Sophie, Sawyer, Addison, Luke, Rece, Reagan, and Evie;
5therefore, be it
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
8Jack C. Tindal and extend our sincere condolences to his
9family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
10further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of Jack Tindal as an expression of our
13deepest sympathy.
