SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Jason L. Triplett of Waukegan, who passed
4away on May 5, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Jason Triplett was born in Waukegan to Terry
6Triplett and Linda Van Dyke on April 22, 1976; during grade
7school and high school, he excelled at wrestling; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Jason Triplett always dreamed of becoming a truck
9driver and successfully drove many roads; when circumstances
10changed, he returned home to raise his children; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Jason Triplett dedicated his life to his family;
12and
 
13    WHEREAS, Jason Triplett was preceded in death by his
14stepmother, Margaret Triplett; his paternal grandparents,
15Edith and Horst Schieder; his maternal grandparents, Ken and
16Mary Jean Sheldon; his great-grandmother McCann; and his
17great-grandfather and great-grandmother Stanbery; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Jason Triplett is survived by his children, Travis
19and Kayla Triplett; his brother, Justin Triplett; his nieces
20and nephews, Ismael, Lillyannie, and Gabriel; his parents; his

1many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and his loyal and
2faithful canine companion, Petey; therefore, be it
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
5Jason L. Triplett and extend our sincere condolences to his
6family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
7further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Jason Triplett as an expression of
10our deepest sympathy.
