SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Stanly L. "Stan" Hague, who passed away
4on April 6, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Stan Hague was born in Newton, Kansas to Eugene
6and Doris (McCoy) Hague on August 4, 1947; he was a Vietnam War
7Veteran; he married Patricia Richardson in Moline on November
824, 1985; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Stan Hague retired from the Rock Island Arsenal as
10a tool and die maker on July 31, 2011; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Stan Hague was a member of the National Rifle
12Association, the American Legion, and the Veterans of Foreign
13Wars; he was a lifelong fan of the Kansas City Chiefs; he
14enjoyed hunting; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Stan Hague was preceded in death by his parents;
16and
 
17    WHEREAS, Stan Hague is survived by his sons, Cary (Erin)
18Hague and Toby (Holly) Hague; his stepdaughter, Theresa (Drew)
19Nevener; his grandchildren, Noah, Caleb, Roxanne, and Finnley
20Hague; his step-grandchildren, Ronnie (Alisha) Gordon and

1Raynn Oechsner; his brothers, Larry (Carol) Hague and Rodney
2(Donna) Hague; his sisters, Marilyn (Jim) Martin, Debbie (Tony)
3Ozbun, and Sheryl Hague Kennedy; and his many nieces and
4nephews; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
7Stanly L. "Stan" Hague and extend our sincere condolences to
8his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
9further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of Stan Hague as an expression of our
12deepest sympathy.
