| 3 | immediately below line 5, by inserting the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "Any county adopting a resolution pursuant to this | ||||||
| 5 | subsection (c) shall submit a copy of the resolution to the | ||||||
| 6 | Department within 30 days after the resolution is adopted.".
