As to public records prepared or received after the

date of this Act, each public body shall maintain |

and copying a reasonably |
| 11 | | current list of all types or categories of records
under its |
| 12 | | control. The list shall be reasonably detailed in order to aid
|
| 13 | | persons in obtaining access to public records pursuant to this |
| 14 | | Act. Each
public body shall furnish upon request a description |
| 15 | | of the manner in which
public records stored by means of |
| 16 | | electronic data processing may be obtained in a form
