SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes capital appropriations to the Capital Development Board.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $50,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant to the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University for costs associated with the construction of a campus and public policy center which shall be located within one mile south of the SIU School of Medicine, located at 801 North Rutledge Street, Springfield, Illinois 62702.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
