SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $10,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services for the purpose of making grants to the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Illinois for operational costs. Effective July 1, 2020.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services for the purpose of making grants to the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Illinois for operational costs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2020.
