AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1607

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1607, AS AMENDED,
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
42 as follows:
 
5on page 67, by replacing lines 5 through 9 with the following:
6"supervised release for first degree murder, a forcible felony
7as defined in Section 2-8 of the Criminal Code of 2012, any
8felony that requires registration as a sex offender under the
9Sex Offender Registration Act, or a Class X felony or Class 1
10felony that is not a violation of the Cannabis Control Act, the
11Illinois Controlled Substances Act, or the Methamphetamine
12Control and Community Protection Act, shall be"; and
 
13on page 67, by replacing lines 21 through 25 with the
14following:
15"supervised release for first degree murder, a forcible felony
