AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3737

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3737, AS AMENDED,
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
41, on page 5, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the
5following:
 
6    "(4) identify information security risks to each State
7agency, to third-party providers, and to key supply chain
8partners, including an assessment of the extent to which
9information resources or processes are vulnerable to
10unauthorized access or harm, including the extent to which the
11agency's or contractor's electronically stored information is
12vulnerable to unauthorized access, use, disclosure,
13disruption, modification, or destruction, and recommend risk
14mitigation strategies, methods, and procedures to reduce those
15risks. These assessments shall also include, but not be limited
16to, assessments of information systems, computers, printers,
17software, computer networks, interfaces to computer systems,

1mobile and peripheral device sensors, and other devices or
2systems which access the State's network, computer software,
3and information processing or operational procedures of the
4agency or of a contractor of the agency.".
