Duties Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
amended by adding Section 2310-22 as follows:

respective municipal governmental bodies identified as food
deserts and provide an annual report to the General Assembly by

means a location vapid of fresh fruit, vegetables, and other
healthful whole foods, in part due to a lack of grocery stores,
farmers' markets, or healthy food providers.
