SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,500,000 from the Technology Management Revolving Fund to the Office of the Executive Inspector General for the purpose of assessing State agency cybersecurity practices. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,500,000, or so much of that amount that may be necessary, is appropriated from the Technology Management Revolving Fund to the Office of the Executive Inspector General for the purpose of assessing State agency cybersecurity practices.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
