STATE MANDATES NOTE SUPPLIED A State Mandates Note has been supplied for HOUSE BILL 4440. MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE A message from the Senate by Mr. Harry, Secretary: Mr. Speaker -- I am directed to inform the House of Representatives that the Senate has concurred with the House to accept the Governor's specific recommendations for change, which are attached, to a bill of the following title, to-wit: House Bill No. 3247 A bill for AN ACT in relation to certain land. Concurred in by the Senate, February 27, 2002. Jim Harry, Secretary of the Senate I move to accept the specific recommendations of the Governor as to House Bill 3247 in manner and form as follows: AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3247 IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS Amend House Bill 3247 on page 74, immediately below line 30, by inserting the following: "Language establishing a reverter without further action to the State of Illinois should the land be used for purposes other than public purposes shall be placed in the quitclaim deed conveying said property."; and on page 77, immediately below line 32, by inserting the following: "Language establishing a reverter without further action to the State of Illinois should the land be used for purposes other than public purposes shall be placed in the quitclaim deed conveying said property."; and on page 79, line 2, by replacing "100" with "10"; and on page 79, line 3, by replacing "east" with "west"; and on page 79, immediately below line 4, by inserting the following: "Language establishing a reverter without further action to the State of Illinois should the land be used for purposes other than public purposes shall be placed in the quitclaim deed conveying said property."; and on page 80, immediately below line 4, by inserting the following: "Language establishing a reverter without further action to the State of Illinois should the land be used for purposes other than public purposes shall be placed in the quitclaim deed conveying said property."; and on page 83, immediately below line 23, by inserting the following: "Language establishing a reverter without further action to the State of Illinois should the land be used for purposes other than public purposes shall be placed in the quitclaim deed conveying said property."; and on page 84, immediately below line 26, by inserting the following: "Language establishing a reverter without further action to the State of Illinois should the land be used for purposes other than public purposes shall be placed in the quitclaim deed conveying said
