<reference>730 ILCS 5/3-3-7</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1003-3-7</aliasreference><reference>730 ILCS 5/3-6-3</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1003-6-3</aliasreference><reference>730 ILCS 5/3-14-2</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 1003-14-2</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that conditions of every parole, aftercare release, and mandatory supervised release are that the subject follow any specific instructions of the parole agent or aftercare specialist that are consistent with furthering conditions set by the Prisoner Review Board or by law, which may include use of an approved electronic monitoring device for a period not to exceed 30 days. Provides that the Department of Corrections in addition to the Prisoner Review Board may set conditions of parole, aftercare release, or mandatory supervised release as provided by law. Provides that the additional sentence credit for an inmate engaged in certain programs and who satisfactorily completes the assigned program is available to an inmate while assigned to a boot camp or electronic detention, to an inmate who has previously received increased good conduct credit under this provision and has subsequently been convicted of a felony, has previously served more than one prior sentence of imprisonment for a felony in an adult correctional facility or is sentenced on certain offenses with standard day for day sentence credit.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
