Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law). Provides for the transfer of control over the Interagency Military Base Support and Economic Development Committee from the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. Makes conforming changes.
