Authorizes an increase in filing fees.Senate Committee Amendment No. 2 Revises provisions relating to renewal every 5 years. Provides that the first renewal shall be made within 5 years after the effective date of the amendatory Act by a date established by the county clerk. Authorizes counties with a population of less than 4,000,000 inhabitants to adopt by ordinance the renewal provisions established in the amendatory Act.Correctional Note (Dept of Corrections) There are no penalty enhancements associated with this bill.
