Provides that to become a certified School Bus Safety Inspector a person must meet certain training and testing requirements. Provides that to maintain certification, a School Bus Safety Inspector must attend a minimum 2-day school bus inspection training program conducted by a certified school bus inspection trainer at least once a year and provide verification of attendance to the Department of Transportation.
