<SynopsisText>This Bill does not have any significant fiscal impact to the State. </SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Fiscal Note (Dept. of Human Services)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>SB 2915 is a DHS initiative that amends the Department of Human Services Act by expanding the Health Care Worker Registry (Registry) reportable findings by making financial exploitation a Registry reportable finding. Although making financial exploitation a Registry reportable finding would increase the Registry hearings docket, the total substantiated cases since August, 2009, averages out to about 10+ cases per year if every employee with a substantiated finding filed for a hearing; however, it is likely that not all substantiated cases would result in a Registry hearing. Therefore, the fiscal impact is minimal.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Pension Note (Government Forecasting & Accountability)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>There is no discernible fiscal impact of any public pension system associated with this Bill.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>State Debt Impact Note (Government Forecasting & Accountability)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>This bill would not change the amount of authorization for any type of State-issued or State-supported bond, and, therefore, would not affect the level of State indebtedness.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Floor Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
